About Baan Aun Jai
Baan Aun Jai (บ้านอุ่นใจ) — "Comforting Home" — is Thailand's most comprehensive independent directory of eldercare facilities. We list 1405+ nursing homes, home care agencies, day rehabilitation centres, and private caregivers across 33 provinces.
What we do: aggregate publicly available data from Google Maps, the Department of Health Service Support (HSS) licensing registry, and direct facility submissions. Each listing shows licence status, price range, care specialties, location, contact information, and Google review data.
What we don't do: we are not a broker or booking agent. We don't charge families for use. We don't take referral fees on placements. Families contact facilities directly — we are a research tool, not a middleman.
For international families: most detailed content is currently in Thai. Google Translate and modern browsers translate the site well. English city hubs (this section) are being expanded — see cities above for the current selection.
